Lovely VINTAGE GIRLS DRESS.
Size is not indicated (see measurements below) - approx. 3T?
White collared dress with lace accented bodice which is attached at waist by buttons (it lifts up).
Brown/tan stripes with hears and squiggles, full skirt is tulle lined, buttons down back side with large bow ties.
Measures approximately 21" from shoulder seam to hemline, 10.5" across underarm seam.
One small stain on back white collar (i didn't try to remove), otherwise, no holes, tears on dress. Minor stains and tearing on tulle lining.
