Vintage Blue Cotton Toddler Girls Dress Size 3t

GORGEOUS girls blue cotton dress.  I don't know what year this is from, I tried to research this brand and could not find anything.
Condition: Has a few flaws.  Water marks on a few areas.  The bottom hem fold shows some tiny holes; we washed this dress a few times and they did not get worse.  See last four photos.
Blue cotton with white lace details.  The front of dress has three decorative buttons that hold the belt.  Puff sleeves.  Back button closures.
