Rare 1980's Ronald McDonald's Cloth Sticker Patch NOS Unused Kids Meal Prize?

This is a Cloth sticker patch Distributed by McDonald's in 1980's. **
I think this type of patch was given away as a kids Meal prize.
This is from the 1980's and was from old stock from a distributor, that was never given out and is in nice unused condition, NOS (New Old Stock), minor Blemishes could exist, but nothing stands out.
This is a Cloth sticker of Ronald (the backing seems to be firmly attached, but we are selling as a collectible for display and not as a sticker).
Not returnable, as we are selling as a collectible only. (Do Not Give To small Children although, says safety tested, that was decades ago).
This was stored clean and dry for decades.
This one is in great shape, this is nice, near perfect,  again, they were novelty premiums and were never perfect..
