. Front: The issuing institute "Caisse Centrale de la France d'Outre-Mer", the value in figures and letters are printed in blue. The numbering and the signature are printed in black. On the left, portrait of La Bourdonnais, French navigator of the eighteenth century and on the right two women in traditional costume.
One signature: The Director General: A. Postel-Vinay
. Back: Female bust in profile wearing jewelry in front of a mountainous landscape. On the left, article 139 of the Penal Code is printed in a red cartridge. Specimen of the issued note signed and numbered O.0 - 00000 with "SPECIMEN" punched vertically in the center of the bill. Another specimen with "SPECIMEN" perforated horizontally at the center of the note with two vertical black wet pads on the sides on the front and back.
